I'm at work, sat on my two fat cheeks listening to horrible music which you would expect to hear from an act at a working mens club. DHL have had me on hold for half an hour now and my customer is still on hold as well. I would have been long gone. Arrrrrrrrrrrrgh! My customers hung up! I feel like this torture while on hold had no benefit.
