This weekend was top. friday night was the best night i've had in ages, alcohol fuelled and totally cool. ive got pictures to develope tomorrow while im queing for leeds ticket.

my history essay is really stressfull. ive done this much tonight and its due in tomorrow.

Hitler’s Nazi puppet government was soon replaced by ‘Anschluss’ which became a reality for the Reich. With Hitler controlling Austria as another instalment to his Great Germany, Hitler became more courageous and bold. The German people began to take on board his ambitions and ideology, creating a more prosperous German nation and feeding Hitler’s desire and belief that Germany can control and will be the Father state for the whole of Europe.

With Germany housing a population of 70 million inhabitants, the German military and industry could flourish. With Austria under Nazi rule, the borders of Czechoslovakia were open and vulnerable to a German offensive. Hitler’s next target would be the German-speaking Sudetenland, which would create a bitterness between the western nations and finally be the obstacle which would halt the German monster digesting countries to fuel the war machine. Britain had been the country which was the one who sat on the fence, only trying to cool the tensions when military force was beckoning. Britain would soon have to jump off the fence and stand up to the Germanic bully, but only this happened after Chamberlains appeasement policies failed to keep the peace he wholly desired.
